Grafton Hockey Association Inc.
The Grafton Hockey Association Inc. (GHA) is the Clarence Valley region’s home of hockey. GHA manages/facilitates indoor hockey, summer hockey, junior hockey, as well as accreditation for coaches, officials and managers. Hockey is for all ages and both females and males are welcome to participate in hockey programs and competitions.
Fantastic staff, including a current Hockey NSW Regional Coaching Coordinator, Catering Manager, Administration Officer and many ongoing volunteers work as part of GHA to ensure an excellent service is provided to all.
On site facilities include 5 grass fields, 2 water based synthetic fields, a bar, canteen, change rooms, toilets and showers, on-site parking and disabled facilities.

In addition, GHA also runs an accommodation facility on site at the Grafton Hockey Fields called The Bunkhouse. It accommodates groups of 18 to 90 people with beds, common areas, a conference space, shower/toilet blocks, disabled facilities, projector, T.V., air conditioning and meals plans to suit a variety of budgets and dietary requirements.

Coutts Crossing Recreation Croquet Club
The Coutts Crossing Recreation Croquet Club has been running for 36 years in the Village of Coutts Crossing. Play is held on Tuesdays and Sundays at 9.30am at James McIntosh Park.
Croquet is a terrific game and is recommended by Medical Experts. The game is very tactical and requires a lot of walking and bending, so it keeps you moving without the stress of regimented exercise. Socially it also keeps you in touch with people in the community.

Equestrian Clubs in Grafton
Grafton Polocrosse Club Inc.
Polocrosse is a team sport that is a combination of polo and lacrosse and is enjoyed all over the world. It is played outside, on a field (the pitch), on horseback. Each rider uses a cane or fibreglass stick to which is attached a racquet head with a loose, thread net, in which the ball is carried.

The Clarence River Jockey Club is recognised as the country racing capital of Australia.

Grafton Motor Sports and Auto Clubs
Grafton Vintage Motor Vehicle Club Inc.
The Grafton Vintage Motor Vehicle Club was formed in 1962 when a group of car enthusiasts pooled their ideas together.
The Club now has a membership of approximately 250 people, of all ages and from a wide variety of backgrounds. Members are mainly from the Clarence Valley area, including Grafton, Maclean and surrounding villages.
The Events Committee plans regular monthly outings, and additional events include inter-club outings, rallies and car shows.
A Retro Motorfest is held in August, an annual Swap Meet is held in Maclean each September, and their annual 2 Day Rally is held in November during the Jacaranda Festival.
Monthly meetings are held at Jabour Park club rooms on the last Sunday of each month (except December).

Clarence Valley Historic and Enthusiasts Motor Cycle Club Inc.
The Clarence Valley Historic and Enthusiasts Motor Cycle Club is for those interested in riding older motorbikes on organised rides. However, modern bikes are welcome. They hold a Motor Cycle Rally each year.

Grafton Shooting Clubs
Grafton Rifle Club Inc.
The Grafton Rifle Club holds regular shooting events each Saturday.
Saturday Shooting Event Schedule (8:30am – 4:30pm):
8:30am – Competing in Field or Rimfire disciplines
11:00am – Various other disciplines, including Pistol and Black Powder, Service Rifle and .22 F Class
1:15pm – Target Rifle disciplines
The Club also holds regular shoots in between the main events such as Mixed Benchrest and a .22lr F Class event.
The Grafton Rifle Club has 3 ranges on site. There are 2 x 100 metre ranges where they hold their Rimfire and Benchrest events, and their main range caters for both Field Class and Fullbore/Target Shooting out to 900 yards.
The Club also caters for those needing to sight in new rifles or to check the zero of their rifles. The first and third Saturday of the month are best suited to these activities, but they can also assist on other days if time permits.
The Grafton Rifle Club is affiliated with the NSW Rifle Association (NSWRA) and all their events are run according to NSWRA rules and regulations.

Water Sports and Fishing in Grafton NSW
Nymboida Camping and Canoeing
Nymboida Camping and Canoeing is a pet-friendly venue for camping, canoeing, environmental education and local festivals. These include the Clarence Valley Camp Oven Festival, outdoor activities and training camps for a variety of groups including the SES, schools, community organisations and a wide variety of clubs.
The extensive grounds are equipped with shelters and are great for picnics, day-trips and outdoor gatherings. They also have 2 camp kitchens with BBQs and gas burners which are suitable for small group functions.
Canoes and kayaks are also available for hire for self-guided and fully guided river trips. Nymboida Camping and Canoeing is well known for providing the rare opportunity to experience platypus sightings in the wild!

The Grafton Rowing Club provides recreational rowing all year round and competitive rowing in season from September through until May.
A Learn To Row Program with a Come and Try Rowing Day is held for adults in February and September at the Grafton Rowing Club Shed at the river end of Prince Street.
Rowing is fantastic for people of all ages for fun and fitness, whether competitive or social/recreational. If you would like to give rowing a go, all that is needed is a hat, sunscreen, water bottle and sports clothing.

Clarence River Sailing Club
The Clarence River Sailing Club offers sailing, training and racing. New members are always very welcome.
For new sailors and juniors, sailing classes are conducted on Saturday mornings. Club races are run on Saturday afternoons from about 2:00pm depending on the conditions and breeze.

Rebound 2460 – Midnight Basketball for Youth in Grafton
This is a local basketball program for our local young people, which provides welcoming, safe, motivating and successful basketball tournaments for local youth, aged 12 to 18 years. Each tournament runs for 8 weeks and it is free to join.
Tournament basetball games include dinner, a team singlet, compulsory life skills workshops and a bus ride safely home. Basketball games are run in the Grafton indoor sports stadium on Friday or Saturday nights from 7:30pm till midnight.
